Features: The 9925 test sets are part of a family of battery-powered, portable substcriber loop analysis instruments for a wide variety of electrical tests and measurements on telephone cable pairs and circuits. This unit provides all of the steps necessary to completely trouble shoot the subscriber loop. Routines range from automatic sequencing, designed to quickly identify basic faults, to more sophisticated transmission quality analysis procedures that test for current, ground ohms, load coil count - all of the problems that result in trouble calls. Yet the 9925 is easy to learn and easy to use, with clear and simple step-by-step procedures. All test results appear in a large LCD display, can be stored in 9925 memory, and sent to a printer or computer with the proper software, if desired. 9925 units can also preform a number of auxiliary functions, such as automatic dialing, sending tone, and line monitoring. There is even a convenient four-function calculator.
